The identification process of the intruder is invariant to the weight of the animal, speed of the animal, type of the soil, the depth at which the cable is buried and the environmental conditions near the cable. The AI System will analyze onsite the Gait Pattern Signature received from the buried fiber cable and identify the Elephants from other animals with >95% accuracy. When the animal is confirmed as an Elephant, an Alert will be escalated. This system can be modified to recognize Tiger, Leopard, Human or Vehicle intrusion.
